Food Quality We ordered for a simple item like Aloo Jeera and Chapati and Tutty Fruity Ice-Cream for Dinner on 12th Feb night. Noteworthy we have already spent 5 nights in the hotel. Suddenly on 12th night we find that the Aloo Jeera was smelling like rotten food!! On asking for the Manager to visit we were told that The Manager is busy in attending guests at the reception and we had to go down and formally complaint. Yet no response!! Manager said simply order different food!! On pursuance asked for the Kitchen Supervisor to visit and have a taste of the food!! He countered that their food was fresh and he was to go home since it was late and all such nonsense. He then offered for different food instead of being apologetic!!! There was then the Tutty Fruity but no Ice-Cream. This is the condition of the Hotel's Restaurant. Think many times before having food here!! If you at all risk having food then be careful about what the hotel restaurant is feeding you!!! Coming to service they are very very slow!!?

The property is situated in the heart of the city snd well maintained as per covid norms and protocol The rooms are neat and clean and comfortable The staff are courteous and well behaved The food served is excellent and pure vegetarian An excellent place to stay

Value for money place in Industrial Jharsuguda. They have a restaurant which serves good vegetarian food. Close to the railway station with a drop option. Better compared to the cheap lodges in the area.

· According to me, is this jharsuguda the most dirty hotel of odisha? Not even the staff here to talk to the customs: in which the manager is also. I told their service boy2 times to fix the flush of my room bathroom but no hearing. There are some more things that i will not share here.i am see third class hotel n staff also stole one twon person . And one of last Bhai desh badh raha h aap logo ki soch kab badlegi🙂 ·

First thing first, food is nice for the price range. Location of the hotel is great, on the main road and one can easily spot. But, now comes the concern points. -Restaurant is outdated. -Staffs are very lazy. Seems reluctant to reply to your queries. -Food service is on the slow side. -Interior is gloomy and very smelly. They don't seem to have changed the table linen since inception. -The washroom is unusable and exceptionally smelly. They should have updated the restaurant a long time back. Would avoid in future if not a crisis situation.
